RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Bybhasin, each piece is thoughtfully made to order in limited quantities, which is why we follow a mindful and limited return policy.

We truly hope you love what you receive. But, if something doesn’t feel quite right, we understand.

All return or exchange requests must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Returns (Damaged or Incorrect Items Only)

We accept returns only if:
• The item has a visible defect, or
• You have received an incorrect piece

If this happens, please email us at hello@bybhasin.com within the 48-hour window, along with:
• Clear images of the issue
• An unedited unboxing video (from opening the package to showing the concern)

This helps us review and resolve your request smoothly.

Exchanges & Store Credit

If you do not love the outfit or face any fit concerns, we completely understand and we’re happy to help with an exchange.
• We offer size or style exchanges (subject to availability)
• If your preferred option is unavailable, we will provide store credit valid for 6 months

Kindly note:
• Exchange shipping (to & fro) will be borne by the customer

Return & Exchange Conditions

To be eligible:
• The item must be unused and unworn
• All original tags, packaging, and security seals must be intact

Items that do not meet these conditions will be sent back.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
• Custom-sized or made-to-measure pieces
• Design customisations or personalised orders
• Sale or discounted items
• International orders
