SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • We are constantly trying to offer you the best shipping options and the earliest possible timeframe for delivery.
  • At any point, if you have questions about your order, send us a message on our contact page or email us at hello@bybhasin.com and we promise to answer all your queries swiftly.

  • Delivery Timeline:
    • We usually ship out products within India in 7-12 days post confirmation.
    • For International orders, it will take at least 3-4 weeks for deliveries.
    • In case you opt for a custom size option, this may take a few extra days.
  • Our shipments are fulfilled by multiple courier partners.
  • Once your order is confirmed you will receive a communication email with the order confirmation and tracking details.

  • Shipping Charges:
    • For Domestic orders, shipping is free.
    • For International orders, charges will be as per the actual weight or volumetric weight of the package [(LxBxH)/5000] whichever is high.

  • Shipping Liability: While we strive for timely delivery, bybhasin shall not be responsible for unexpected shipping delays due to weather, natural disasters, state guidelines or any issue faced by the courier company not in control of bybhasin. Bybhasin’s liability in such instances is limited to providing tracking assistance via our courier partners.
  • Courier Dependencies: Shipping is handled by third-party logistics partners (e.g., Delhivery, Shiprocket). Bybhasin is not liable for delays, delivery failures, or damages caused once the package has been handed over to the courier. Our liability is strictly limited to assisting the customer in tracking the shipment.

      Risk of loss and title for products passes to the customer upon handover of the package to the courier partner.

  • Failure in Delivery: In case the delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information (address, contact details) provided by the customer, unavailability to receive the product, or refusal to pay custom duties, bybhasin will not be held responsible and the product will be returned to us. Post return, if you wish to receive the product, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges.
  • Custom Duties for International Orders: Most countries are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Bybhasin will not be responsible for any of these charges.
