At Bybhasin, every piece is thoughtfully crafted in small quantities and made especially for you. As a made-to-order brand, production begins once your order is placed to ensure mindful creation and quality craftsmanship.

We encourage customers to review our size guide and product details carefully before placing an order to ensure the best fit.

Shipping Policy

All Bybhasin garments are made to order.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 8–12 business days from the date of purchase.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details to monitor your delivery.

Express Shipping

If you require your order sooner, we offer express processing and shipping at an additional cost.

Please place your order first and then contact us via WhatsApp with your order details so our team can assist you with the express option.

Returns

As each garment is made specifically upon order, we do not accept returns or issue refunds.

However, we do offer size exchanges under certain conditions.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only in case of size issues, subject to availability.

If you wish to request a size exchange, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Share your order details along with clear images of the garment.

  3. Our team will review the request and guide you through the exchange process.

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The garment must be unworn and unused.

  • The original hand tag must remain attached and must not be cut or removed.

  • The item must be free from stains, perfume, makeup marks, or damage.

  • The exchange request must be approved by our team before sending the garment back.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for exchange.

Shipping costs related to exchanges may be applicable.
